Why this exists

You spent your first 90 days on the boring stuff.

Filing the LLC with the Illinois Secretary of State. Opening a business checking account. Getting your EIN from the IRS. Calling your insurance broker. Picking a name your aunt won't hate. Driving an unmarked Ford Transit around Chicago that nobody knows belongs to a real business yet.

Marketing comes last. Always does. By the time you can afford branding, you've already lost a few customers who didn't know you existed. We're trying to fix that. A wrap shop in Albany Park and a property management firm pay for your first piece of professional infrastructure — so you don't have to wait six months to look like a real business.

If you started something in Pilsen, Bridgeport, Wicker Park, Lincoln Square, Lakeview, Hyde Park, Logan Square, or any of the other 70+ Chicago neighborhoods — or in Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Park, Evanston, Aurora, Joliet, Crystal Lake, or anywhere else in the six-county metro — you qualify. The 90-day clock is the only filter.

Who qualifies

Four rules. That's the whole list.

No income test. No industry filter. No "must be a woman-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned" requirement (though all of those are absolutely welcome). If you meet these four, you're in.

1

Chicagoland address

Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, Will, or McHenry County. From the South Loop to the North Shore, from Aurora to Lake Forest.

2

Under 90 days old

Your business license, LLC formation, or DBA registration is dated within the last 90 days. We check the date on your filing document.

3

You're real

Active business, not a placeholder LLC you filed last week to flip a domain. We confirm with your license document and a short conversation.

4

That's it

No income test. No industry filter. No application essay. Two minutes to apply. Approval typically in two business hours during business days.

What you get

Two services. Two founding partners. Zero cost.

More services as more partners join. Today, the program covers two things: getting your truck branded and finding you a real workspace. Both are paid for, designed, and delivered by Chicagoland businesses with skin in the game.

From Chicago Fleet Wraps

Free vehicle graphics

Up to 8 square feet of die-cut cast vinyl on whatever you drive for the business — a Transit, a Ram 1500, a Honda Civic, doesn't matter. Designed in CFW's Chicago studio, installed in their climate-controlled bay at 4711 N Lamon Ave.

Same Avery MPI 1105 or 3M IJ180-CV3 vinyl they use on five-thousand-dollar commercial wrap jobs. Most recipients use the space for: company name on door panels, phone number on the side, web address on the back, license number, logo.

Free property search consultation

Need office space in West Loop? Retail in Wicker Park? Warehouse in Bridgeport? Co-working in Naperville or Evanston? Regions PM walks you through what's actually available, what neighborhoods cost, and what lease terms will burn you in year two.

Same advisory work they do for paying clients — the kind of conversation that keeps founders from signing 5-year leases on spaces they'll outgrow in 8 months. Free for your first 90 days.

How it works

Three steps. About two weeks.

From the moment you submit the form to a branded vehicle on the road and a property advisor on a call.

01

Five fields, five minutes. Name, business name, license date, county, services you want. Hit submit. Done.

02

Verify

A real human reads it within two business hours. We confirm eligibility (date + address) and route you to the right founding partner. You get an email with next steps.

03

Get going

Graphics: drop your vehicle at 4711 N Lamon Ave for 30–90 min. Property: Regions PM schedules a 1-hour consult within a week.

Common questions

Quick answers.

Is this really free?

Yes. Completely free. The program is funded by Chicago Fleet Wraps and Regions PM out of their marketing budgets. The bet on their end: businesses we help in their first 90 days remember it. Some come back two or three years later when they need a real $5,000 wrap or want to renegotiate a lease. That's the whole model. No fine print, no upsell. More questions →

Where exactly do you serve?

The six-county Chicagoland metro: Cook (Chicago + 134 suburbs), DuPage (Naperville, Wheaton, Downers Grove), Lake (Waukegan, Highland Park, Lake Forest), Kane (Aurora, Elgin, Geneva, St. Charles), Will (Joliet, Plainfield, Tinley Park, Bolingbrook), and McHenry (Crystal Lake, Woodstock, Algonquin). Combined population roughly 8.4 million.

What if my license is more than 90 days old?

The 90-day window is firm. The program is designed for that critical first quarter. If you're past 90, contact our partners directly — Chicago Fleet Wraps offers fleet pricing with a small-business discount, and Regions PM consults paying clients at standard rates. See full FAQ →

Founding partners

Two Chicagoland businesses. One mission.

Both have been operating in Chicagoland for years. Both saw the same problem from different angles. Both are putting real services on the table — not just logo placement and a press release.
